Statement:
The site faces a square with designed landscape and it sits close to the shopping mall and Saint Martin's Church. The place where the site is located is lively and popular, there are a lot of stores, restaurants and bars that people would love to go to.
This project allows people to relax and enjoy the culture of tea in Taiwan and coffee in Kortrijk. Also, it is a place where people can understand cross culture and be guided when they need information about the Kortrijk.
Design strategy:
Shelf - The design of the shelf is based on the form of the tea bags and how it is hung on the cup. The hanged design allows people to smell tea and coffee inside the building and feel relaxed.
